Fishing buddies

On a chilly day just before Christmas, my dad along with a friend who is a professional fishing guide took Benjamin and Josh to Lake Orienta to go speckled perch fishing. This was the boys first real fishing trip and man were they excited. The day before, Benjamin spent hours preparing his tackle box for the big day. And I spent some time digging fishing hooks out of the carpet. Josh wasn't getting the whole baiting the hook concept because immediately after getting the bait on and casting, he excitedly pulled it back up and said "look I caught a fish already". He soon got the hang of things and together, they caught twenty fish that day.
